The versatile Quince features a chrome finish, reversible wengue/beech blades, and a single-light fixture with opal frosted glass shade that casts soft, diffused light. This fan features a whisper-quiet motor with a three-speed reversible switch that allows for customizing air movement. It also can also be used with an optional remote control (sold separately).

Designed for rooms up to 80 square feet (8 by 10 feet), the Quince utilizes a 153-by-9-millimeter silicon steel motor with dual capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. The chrome Quince comes with reversible wengue/beech finish blades to help you better match your home's decor. The blades are constructed of MDF and have an 18-degree pitch.
The Quince's two light fixture operates on two candelabra-base 40-watt G16-1/2 bulbs (included), and they're surrounded by an opal frosted glass fixture. The unit can be adapted for use with a remote control and/or dimmer switch (both sold separately). This Westinghouse fan is backed by a lifetime motor warranty and a two-year parts warranty.

Just right
I chose this smaller sized fan to go in a medium sized bedroom. It is just right for circulating the air, creating a comfortable sleeping environment. It was pretty easy to install; the only hang-up was the screws to attach to ceiling bracket were too long and too fat. A trip to the hardware store for 2 screws solved that problem. The chrome finish is beautiful and I am happy with my purchase.

Cute fan!
The fan arrived right on time. My husband and teenage son installed it. It was very easy to put together and install. The light is good for a small/medium sized bedroom- it doesn't reach the corners of the room though. It puts off a decent breeze for as small as the blades are! It made a clicking noise at first but after running it for an hour that went away.
Buyer Beware!!!!
Bought this fan in October, installed it just before Thanksgiving and was pleased with the size and the appearance until the opal frosted glass crashed down the day after Thanksgiving. Thankfully, no one was in the kitchen at the time. Took two attempts to get a replacement but will be replacing it again shortly.
One week before Christmas and one of the bulbs blew the socket. Short of re-wiring it, the fan is worthless without lights. Unable to contact Westinghouse, their "Contact Us" won't let my message through.
If you don't have money to throw away; don't buy this product -- you'll be sorry. I am!
